Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jane Win pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-customized jewelry within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your jewelry in its original Jane Win pouch and box, secure it in a shipping mailer, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
